Who operates this website

RadonPilot is operated by FREEMAN HOLDINGS LLC, a Wyoming, USA limited liability company. RadonPilot remains the customer-facing brand. FREEMAN HOLDINGS LLC is the website operator and the entity responsible for the website's inquiry interface and its handling of entered information.

Information you enter

The quote-request form asks for your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, radon result range, foundation type, existing system, project type, and your situation as an owner, buyer, seller, or other property user. Optional information includes county, home size, sump pit details, existing system age, and notes.

You may select photos or PDF reports. Currently, the form records selected file names only; it does not upload the files or transmit their contents. Avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information in notes or file names.

The result interpreter and cost-planning tool use the radon and property details you enter to display guidance in your browser. They do not submit those entries to an operator or contractor.

Current submission, storage, and sharing

At present, submitting the quote-request form creates a summary held only in the current page's browser state. The form does not send your inquiry to FREEMAN HOLDINGS LLC, save it to a lead database, send notifications, or forward it to an independent contractor. The summary is lost when the page is refreshed or closed; no persistent lead record is created by this form.

The consent checkbox refers to potential sharing with independent service providers who could respond to a project request. Contractor routing is not currently implemented, so selecting that checkbox does not cause any sharing. This policy and the form disclosures must be updated before a different collection, storage, or sharing process is introduced.

FREEMAN HOLDINGS LLC and RadonPilot are not a local contractor and do not perform radon work. Actual quotes and services, if arranged with a professional, are provided by independent service providers, whose own privacy practices apply to information you give them directly.

Attribution and tracking

When you submit the form, its browser-only summary also includes a timestamp, the current page path and query string, the referring page when supplied by your browser, and any utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, and utm_content parameters in the current URL. These fields provide inquiry-attribution context; they are not sent to a lead service by the current form.

The website's application code does not set up advertising pixels or an analytics service to track form entries, and does not save the inquiry in cookies or browser local storage.

Website delivery and external services

Loading the website involves network requests to its hosting infrastructure. Such requests necessarily convey technical information such as your IP address and request details. Hosting or security services may maintain technical logs; this website does not specify their retention periods.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the technical request information needed to deliver them. Error-reporting hooks can pass error messages, stack traces, and the current page path to the website's preview environment when those hooks are available; they are not a lead-submission integration.
